With 35 years in early years leadership, I have built, developed and transformed nurseries from the ground up, through change and crisis. My consultancy began when I was one of the first providers in England to be awarded the prestigious Ofsted Outstanding grade.
I am a certified leadership coach, behaviour analyst, and Ofqual-accredited trainer with specialist expertise in safeguarding, child protrction, curriculum, inspections, policy development, team and leadership develpment.
